Signaturize Design Challenge Terms and Conditions

The Promoter of this skill based Competition, here after known as a “Design Challenge” is Signaturize Ltd with the registered address of 83 – 85 Baker St, Marylebone, London, W1U 6AG.

  • Apple is not a sponsor or involved in the Design Challenges in any manner.
  • To participate in a Design Challenge the following entry requirements must be satisfied; 
    • Entrants must be 16 years old or over to enter any Design Challenge.
    • Entrants must have access to the Signaturize App, which can be downloaded on mobile Apple devices with IoS operating system of 15.5 or above, and have a personal User account. The device used must be connected to the internet at time of entry.  
    • There can be only one entry per User, subject to them having the correct subscription type. The subscription type required for each Design Challenge is outlined on the Design Challenge Project Details Page.
    • The required subscription type must be active at the Design Challenge closing date and time. 
    • The Design Challenge is only open to registered Signaturize Users. 
  • Entrants must have a valid first name, surname and email address associated with their User account at the time of entry, which will be used for Design Challenge communications. This data is stored and used in accordance with Signaturize’s privacy policy. 
  • Employees of Signaturize, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees (collectively the “Employees”), are not eligible to participate in the Design Challenges. 
  • The start date for the Design Challenge is in the Design Challenge Project Details Page of the relevant Design Challenge.
  • The closing date and time for the Design Challenge is stated in the Design Challenge Project Details Page of the Design Challenge of the relevant Design Challenge.
  • The Prize for a Design Challenge is specified in the Design Challenge Project Details Page of the Design Challenge of the relevant Design Challenge.
  • The number of, and or value of any prize associated with a Design Challenge is specified in the associated Design Challenge Project Details Page.  If the number of Prizes is not specified in the Design Challenge Project Details Page there will be only one prize for the Design Challenge and if no Prize is specified there will be no prize awarded.
  • Non-cash prizes will only be sent to the winning User Account email address.
  • There is no cash alternative to a non-cash prize.
  • To receive a cash prize the winner(s) will be contacted by us to discuss the process of claiming.
  • By entering the Design Challenge, you grant us an irrevocable, transferable, perpetual licence to use the Intellectual Property Rights in the submitted design for use in promotions or other Design Challenges.
  • By entering this Design Challenge, you or your company, grant consent and license to Signaturize for the use of your name and any associated representations in any media, anywhere in the world, without compensation or credit, for Signaturize promotional and editorial reasons.
  • By entering this Design Challenge, you or your company, affirm that your entry is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. You acknowledge that you own, are solely responsible or otherwise control, all of the rights to the content or entries that you submit; that use of the content or entries you supply does not violate these or the Signaturize Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Signaturize, or its affiliates for all claims resulting from the materials you submit. Signaturize is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement on the part of the entrant. 
  • The winner(s) of the relevant Design Challenge will be notified via email within 28 days of the Design Challenge closing and they will receive their prize within 6 weeks of the closing date. 
  • Winner(s) will be officially informed via email. To request a list of winner(s) please write to Signaturize Ltd. 83 – 85 Baker St, Marylebone, London, W1U 6AG specifying the Design Challenge you would like to receive the winner(s) for and a return postal address.
  • Entries will be judged by the appointed Signaturize Panel in regard to adherence to the Design Challenge Brief, quality of application, interior design good practice and a fresh approach to incorporating new products stipulated.
  • Signaturize will provide the surname of the winners for the Design Challenge specified. 
  • Designs will be shortlisted by the appointed Signaturize Panel. Shortlisted designs may be voted for via the Signaturize Panel, Instagram or in-App voting.  The Design with the highest proportion of votes will be awarded the Design Challenge Prize for first place and if applicable the Design with next highest proportion will be awarded the second place prize and so on until all Prizes are awarded.
  • In the event of a tie, this shall be referred back to the Signaturize panel.
